Eligibility

To be eligible for the Cromo Series, you must
meet the following requirements:

AGE REQUIREMENT

Be between 17 and 45 years old at the time of enrollment.

VALID VISA

Must comply with visa program requirements.

HEALTH REQUIREMENT

Be in good health and not undergoing medical treatment or confined to a hospital on the policy's effective date.

MARRIAGE CLAUSE

Marriage to a U.S. citizen and eligibility for status adjustment ends plan eligibility.

Student STATUS

Must be a non-US citizen, full-time undergraduate (except graduating seniors in final part-time term) or graduate student enrolled full-time per curriculum, and in an eligible program.

enrolled in an accredited degree, language-training, or vocational program. Students must actively attend classes—home study, correspondence, and full-time online courses don't qualify.

Residency/Location

Must reside outside your Home Country; not eligible if planning to live in a fixed location outside your Home Country.

PRIOR COVERAGE RULE

Previous WellAway coverage only allowed if new policy has same or less coverage.

POLICY DURATION

Policy Period must cover entire time actively attending classes as required by your school (semester or yearly.

VISA DOCUMENTS

Must hold valid passport, valid F-1, M-1, or J-1 visa, and valid I-20 or DS-2019 (F-1 on OPT not eligible).

PARENTAL CONSENT

For students under 18, parent/guardian must complete and sign required documents with sponsoring organization, including authorization, vaccination, behavior, and application forms.

DEPENDENCE COVERAGE

Covered only once if eligible as a dependent under another policy.
