Eligibility

To be eligible for coverage as a Policyholder, you must:

AGE REQUIREMENT

You must be between the ages of 17 and 45 at the time of application.

Legal Authorization

You must have a valid visa or legal permit to stay in the United States.

No Major Illness

You must not have serious medical conditions or be under treatment.

Citizenship Status

You must be a non-U.S. citizen or non-U.S. resident at the time of application.

Health Condition

You must be in good health and able to function without medical supervision.

Residency

You must be temporarily residing in the United States for 3 to 12 months.

Additional requirements may apply based on your origin or health status.
